Elaine has been my bookkeeper/accountant ever since I have been in business, which is going on 17 years. I have stayed with her because of her honesty and her ability to keep me organized. The small class size, with each person having a computer and being able to actually follow along and do the entries into an actual data file along with the instructor is the ideal way to really learn how to use the program. And I believe that the hands-on approach really reinforces the how-to aspect. Some other classes are more seminar like, where you are just taking notes and trying to follow the person at the front of a large room with a screen and a pointer, which is fine if you are just wanting an overview of the program. Elaine is also flexible and willing to work with her students’ individual issues both during the class and afterwards. She has promptly and thoroughly attempted to answer questions that I have emailed to her. Elaine even came to my office and held an afternoon class for a small group of our staff and fielded more detailed individual questions, and helped to bring our other staff members more up to date. I have found Elaine to be very knowledgeable about the program and its competitor. She has been an invaluable resource to me.
