Elaine – Accountant

Elaine is the owner/president/head honcho of Perfect Balance Accounting.  She has a wealth of experience in various areas of Financial Management including almost 30 years in the Accounting Industry.  Elaine spent almost 10 years in Financial Planning, and several years working with Mortgage/Loan/Business Financing.

Elaine is an entrepreneur at heart, and has been part of several business ventures over the years.  She understands the highs and lows of business ownership and will help guide you through the various stages of your business’ growth.  



Nicole – Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer

 Nicole has been with us for about 6 years now.  She even sold her house, packed up her family, and moved here in 2017 in order to join the team full time.

Nicole is the primary bookkeeper in the office.  The rest of us pitch in when things get crazy, but bookkeeping is her thing.  She works primarily with QuickBooks Desktop, but has some experience with Sage and QB Online.  Nicole is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
